It’s never been simpler to find your perfect position for sleep, lounging, reading, healing, and more. Control your Flexabed luxury adjustable bed with ease with the included handheld remote control. This remote features easy push buttons and controls that allow you to experience the full functionality your bed has to offer. Three programmable Memory Buttons, “M1, M2, and M3,” are included, allowing you to save and store preferred bed settings you can easily return to whenever you choose with the simple push of a button. This convenient remote also features a “LIGHT” button to turn the under-bed lighting on and off, and a “FLAT” button to easily restore the bed to its neutral, flat position.

Our Premier mattress features a beautiful knit fabric quilt panel with a suede border and designer taped edges. The plush, multi-layered, quilted cushion-tops are made with high-density super-soft polyurethane foam and flame resistant polyester fiber, while the bottom layers are protected by a non-skid material that prevents the mattress from sliding across the adjustable foundation, and provides a flame-resistant barrier as an added measure of safety. Can I sleep next to my partner even if they don’t need a Hi-Low bed? Yes, you can choose a mix of any two models that Flexabed offers (Value, Premier, or Hi-Low) in a dual king configuration.
Can I change the height of these beds? The base can be raised and lowered vertically with a touch of a button, going as low as 16.5” with mattress! You can also customize the height of your bed with leg extensions available in sizes ranging from 2” to 7” in one-inch increments.
Are these beds beneficial in assisted living environments? Flexabeds are ideal for those in home healthcare or assisted living communities.
Do these mattresses have warranties? Yes, all our comfortable mattress options come with a lifetime limited warranty.
How loud are the motors in your beds? Not loud at all, we are proud of our whisper-quiet motors.
What are Flexabed mattresses made from? Mattresses can be made in low profile, gel-infused memory foam, memory foam, latex or combination innerspring/memory foam.
Are side rails mandatory on these beds? Side rails are an optional purchase.
Can I choose the firmness of my mattress? Our traditional innerspring mattresses are available in soft, medium or firm mattress construction to best suit your needs. Visco Combo, Gel Core, Visco Core and Latex mattresses are only available in one firmness.
Can I use my current headboard and bedframe with the HiLow Model? Headboards and bed frames cannot be directly attached to our Hi-Low bed.However, many of our customers attach headboards directly to the wall behind the bed for decorative purposes as long as the headboard does not impede free movement of the bed. Footboards cannot be used with the Hi-Low bed.

Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Because Flexabed builds every bed by hand, we stand behind our product with a great warranty.
This warranty covers the entire bed—each and every component and design feature (even the mattress!), without exception.

BEST OF ALL

Our warranty is even transferable. It’s not limited to the person who purchases the bed. So if you sell or give the bed to someone else, it remains under warranty.

This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to customer misuse, electrical surges, damage in transit, or handling by the delivering agent unless the customer signs the bill of lading with damages noted, or which, in the opinion of Flexabed, has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized representative in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from the performance of the product. Replacement parts are warranted for the unexpired balance of the original warranty period. This warranty does not include responsibility for transportation or handling expenses except those specified. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory. Flexabed neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product. In the unlikely event that critical repair components become impossible to acquire after the 5th year and a repair cannot be made, Flexabed will offer an “in-lieu-of” discount of 33% off the MSRP that is in effect at that time toward the purchase of a new mattress or articulating base unit.

In order to prove a defect in materials or workmanship, the customer will be expected to provide pictures and/or video as prescribed by Flexabed service personnel in order to prove the defect is not normal wear and tear on the product.

If you experience any problem with your Flexabed at any time, regardless of the stage of your warranty, please contact us, and we will make every effort to help you.

MOTORS AND LIFTING MECHANISM

During the first 12 months after purchase, Flexabed will provide in-home parts and labor at no charge. All parts will be shipped via UPS ground. Any expedited charges must be paid by the customer.
After the first year, any part may be purchased from the factory or sent to the factory freight prepaid by the customer for repair, reconditioning or replacement at the factory’s option for a $100.00 fee plus any shipping charges incurred to ship the part back to the customer.

MATTRESS AND UPHOLSTERED BASE

During the first 12 months after purchase, Flexabed will provide in home repairs or replacement at the factory’s option at no charge provided the defect is demonstrated to be a defect in materials or workmanship and is more than normal wear and tear.
After the first year of purchase, the mattress and or the upholstered base may be sent to the factory freight prepaid by the customer for repair, reconditioning or replacement at the factory’s option for a $100.00 fee and will be returned freight collect at the customer’s expense.

Note—If the mattress shows unmistakable signs of abuse or wetting, the warranty is void, and you will have the option to have it returned to you as-is, freight collected, or discarded.
